Kyusho-Jitsu is the art of pressure point fighting. This method is the foundation of all traditional Asian martial arts, and is based on the theories of acupuncture. With the same points used for healing, the Kyusho-Jitsu expert can produce local pain or numbness, control the movement and positioning of an attacker’s body, and render an opponent unconscious with a light blow. Regardless of your style this knowledge can improve your art. Kyusho-Jitsu is a life protection art enabling you to defend yourself and family both humanely and safely.
With its classical roots from Okinawa, Japan formly known as the Ryukyu Islands students learn effective life protection skills, human anatomy, efficient body mechanics, pressure point fighting and self discovery through classical Kata (forms) training and drills.
